Thomas Chan is a Malaysia homegrown brand that was founded by Thomas Chan Poo Hook in the year 1987. We started as a handcraft shoes brand that constantly developing innovation with unique design in couture and custom-made to cater to our consumer’s needs.
Putting Himself in Other's Shoes
In the year 2002, Thomas was diagnosed with spinal deformity problem caused by the congenital high arched problem.
Learnt that high arched foot problem often inherited, Thomas decided to venture into researching and developing orthopedic shoes to help reducing the risk to his family (4 daughters of him) and the other people who are suffering from high arch foot pain.
He has then dedicated his many years into creating and redefining the comfortable shoes.
