  • Enjoy 15% off, automatically applied at checkout for eligible products.
  • Valid only on purchases made at www.thomaschan.co.
  • This discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless stated otherwise.
  • Non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not valid on past purchases.

Referral Program:
  • This referral program runs indefinitely until further notice.
  • Participate via the "Refer Now" button on the Thomas Chan website (Powered by BLOOP referral app).
  • Referrer Benefits: Earn a 15% discount code after your referred friend completes a purchase.
  • Referee Benefits: New customers receive a 10% discount code for their first purchase using your referral link.
  • Referral discounts can be combined with the CNY Exclusive Discount but not with other offers unless stated.
  • Unlimited referrals allowed.
  • Misuse or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification.
Return Policy:

Items purchased during the Double-Discount Program are subject to our standard return policy.

Discounts will be recalculated if part of the order is returned.

    • East Malaysia (Borneo) and Singapore: 1-2 working weeks.
